Bill LaBombard, BS
Bill LaBombard has lived and worked in Western Massachusetts all his adult life. He has over 35 years of experience in the construction and remodeling business and is well known throughout the area for his fine craftsmanship and attention to detail. His list of building accomplishments ranges from post and beam construction of state-of-the-art modern homes to the finest detailed finish work in Historic Deerfield. Bill has also worked for the Northampton Council on Aging for the past 12 years as a HUD grant manager, providing in-home repairs/modifications for the elderly as well as directing a handyman service program for the aging population of Western Massachusetts. He has first–hand knowledge and experience dealing with the problems faced by elderly and disabled homeowners. Bill's father lives with the family in Northfield as well and became the very first client of Aging in Place Builders, Inc. as his in-law apartment was retrofitted for safety, accessibility, and elegance.
Mike LaBombard, BS
Mike is committed to maintaining Aging in Place Builders, Inc. as a locally owned family run business. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and has worked as his fathers' assistant since he was able to swing a hammer. Mike has been certified by the National Association of Home Builders with a CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialist) designation and specializes in ADA design specifications. He creates his accessible designs by collaborating with Bill and with our medical consultants to construct an effective, elegant, and industry specific plan for your home remodeling project.
